The schedule for Registration of SK University degree Supplementary examinations for the  Three years ( First Year, Second Year and Final Year)  BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBM/BCA Degree courses is to be done through online.  The examinations will be held in the month of May 2019.

The examination application forms of all students (All batches) are to be submitted online through college login only.   Hard copy of each application may be downloaded and submitted to the UG examination section duly signed by the student and Principal of concerned college along with photocopy of marks memo (downloaded or marks list).

Note : 1) As a special case the old students of earlier batches are allowed one more year only to complete their pending/backlog subjects. However, they have to appear for the examinations with the present syllabus only.

2). All the past students of Kurnool district colleges affiliated earlier to S.K.University have to download the application from www.skugexams.in site and submit the filled in application along with the examinations fee Challan (paid as per S.No.1 & 2 above) to the Director, Directorate of Examinations, S.K.University, Anantapuramu. They have to appear for the examinations at Govt. Degree College for Men, Anantapuramu only.

Instructions to the Principals for SKU degree supply exams May 2019

1. The College Principals have to open their corresponding User-ID’s with their passwords in website www.skugexams.in and upload the particulars of the students.

2. The College login will be closed after the last date as mentioned in the above schedule.

3. Principals are requested not to forward / submit the examination application forms of Not-Eligible candidates. The results of Not-Eligible candidates will be cancelled at any stage, even if they appeared for the examinations.

4. The Principals are requested to send the consolidated examination fee challan along with hard copy of applications and nominal rolls before the last date.

5. The Principals are requested carefully verify the applications and then attest the application.

6. The Principals are responsible for all the uploaded applications from their respective

Colleges.

7. No manual applications are allowed. Only Provisional Permission applications will be considered.

8.  The photos and signatures of the students should be 20KB of size for photo and 10KB

of size for signature only upload.

9. The maximum period for supplementary candidates is fixed as 5 year from the completion of course period after which he/she will not be allowed to appear for the examination

10. After closure of Nominal Rolls, the Principals are requested to issue provisional permissions on payment of prescribed fee as stated above and send all the Provisional Permission applications along with Challan after the completion of all examinations in the prescribed Performa from 26.02.2017.

11. The commission charges towards download and remittance of examinations fee in the account mentioned above can be deducted from the amount collected besides the processing charges of Rs. 1.00 Ps. per application.

12. Further, the Principals are requested to submit the downloaded applications along with remittance receipt through special messenger on or before the last date fixed by the University. If the College concerned does not submit the filled in applications along with the fee remittance receipt to the University with in the date prescribed above, even though the students have paid the fee in time, the Principals concerned are responsible for the late submission of application and penal fee of Rs.500/- per day will be collected from the Principals concerned from 04.03.2017.

A copy of the fee structure is enclosed herewith (Appendix-I). The Principals are requested to display the same on the notice board of the college.

The Principals are requested to send the Nominal Rolls course wise, group wise and medium wise separately in the prescribed proforma INTIME.
